• A deposit is required to begin any custom order.
• Work on a custom order will not begin until the required deposit has been received.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• The remaining balance is due before the final product is shipped or delivered.

• Products that are “claimed” or reserved must be paid in full before being held or completed.
• We do not hold products or materials without full payment.

• We accept all major forms of payment (including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other listed options on our site).We do not accepted payment through checks.
• Payments made through our website are processed via secure, encrypted payment gateways.
• Invoices for social media orders must be paid in full before your order is confirmed.

• Orders can be placed directly through our official website for the most efficient and secure checkout experience.
• For items featured on social media but not yet listed on the website, an invoice will be sent directly. That invoice must be paid in full before the order will be held or started.

• Processing times vary depending on the type of order (custom or ready-made). Estimated turnaround times will be provided at checkout or via invoice.
• Once shipped, OCD Nee’Ovations Crafting is not responsible for carrier delays or lost/damaged packages caused by third-party shipping providers.

• Due to the handmade and/or custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an error is made on our part.
• Cancellations on custom orders are not accepted once work has begun.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a resolution.

All content, images, designs, and products created by OCD Nee’Ovations Crafting are the property of the business. They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
